Adult Programs
Jun Fan Gung Fu/JKD -Bruce Lee's basic footwork, hand/foot speed to
closing the gap to trapping and grappling. Understand training concepts
to enhance the four combat ranges. Learn More
Submission Grappling/Brazilian Jiu-jitsu- This program includes a wide variety of position and
submission training methods which strengthen an individual's ability to defend themselves from
the ground. Learn More
Boxing/Muay Thai - Learn how to punch, kick, use elbows and knees for sport and self-defense.

Escrima- Learn the "Battle Tested" techniques of the Filipino Martial Arts. Known primarily for the
use of sticks and knives, Escrima is a complete self-defense system comprised of empty
hands, locks, take-downs, disarms and much more. Learn More
Mixed Martial Arts- A combat sport. Must have instructor approval to attend.
Junior Program - Our Children’s Program combines martial arts training with high level
character development and state of the art teaching methods. Not only do our children learn self-
defense, they also develop very positive feelings about themselves and others. Learn More
Tigers (Age 4-5) - Our Tigers Program is an age specific curriculum that is professionally
designed to teach children important life skills in a fun, exciting and enriching manner. It is one
